However, due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our products, we have a strict return policy in place.

Returns are only possible after prior contact and under exceptional circumstances.
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please note: Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are only accepted in rare cases and require approval
- In most cases, if a return in accepted, a store credit (ATHARA voucher) will be issued
- Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases (e.g. proven manufacturin defects)
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Free from any signs of damage, stretching, or wear
Subject to quality control, upon return - the item will be tested for integrity (e.g. elasticity, seams).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or is clearly defective.
We'll be happy so assist in such cases and provide a return label if needed.
Return Address
The return address will be provided only after return approval.
